Shipping Policy

We want your Avery Aesthetics products to reach you safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below. Note that shipping applies only to products available for online purchase — in-clinic-only products cannot be shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm AEDT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

For consultation-required products, your order will be reviewed before dispatch to verify your consultation status. Please allow up to one additional business day for this verification step.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that ‘dispatched’ means your order has left our facility — delivery times begin from this point and are subject to carrier timeframes.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We ship to Australian street addresses only. We do not currently ship to PO boxes or internationally.

 

Standard Shipping    3–7 business days    $9.95

Express Shipping    1–3 business days    $14.95

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Packaging & Temperature Sensitivity

All orders are packed with care in discreet, protective packaging. Some medical-grade products are temperature-sensitive. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery, particularly during warmer months.

If you believe your order was damaged in transit due to temperature exposure, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Avery Aesthetics is not responsible for product degradation resulting from prolonged heat exposure after confirmed delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you by email within 2 business days. You may choose to have the order re-dispatched (re-shipping costs apply) or receive a refund for the product value only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Avery Aesthetics is not responsible for non-delivery or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at concierge@averyplasticsurgery.com.au — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the parcel is shown as delivered but has not been received, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and provide an update within 5 business days.

In-Clinic-Only Products

Products designated as in-clinic purchase only cannot be ordered online or shipped. These items require clinician dispensing and are not available through our online store checkout.
